Pathetic service and response time

I've been having an uphill battle with Valenture Institute - UCT online My son was registered at the school and fortunately he's old school gave him a bursary and no longer will be attending Uct online school

It jas been a nightmare from registering to getting help to at least speak to someone I'm at my wits end as the number on the internet for the school does not even ring +***

I've emailed the finance team for some to call me and was promised a response n 72 hours that time has passed and still no one has called It's frustrating not been able to speak to someone

My son now is remaining at his old school and I need for him to be off the system at UCT online

This matter of not getting back to me according to your deadline is wrong
