Valenci poor customer service

I purchased 6 scarves from their westwood stores in the 3rd week of march 2026. These were gifts for my daughters and granddaughters. the one scarf for my granddaughter was too small. My daughter went to the sandton store to exchange on the 4th week of April. They refused saying it was their policy of no exchange of 30 days. The scarf was not worn and in its original packaging. My daughter was busy with work and other commitments this past month and could not visit the store. We do not want a refund but an exchange. They flatly refused. I approached the westwood store was not interested. These items are not cheap and they could see it was in the original condition. I even had the cash reciepts. They showed no interest to help me. I would not reccommend this store for their lack of customer service.
