Very poor service - fall from grace

VAG Spec Randburg have dropped the ball. They used to provide excellent service. So much so that I would drive over 100km to service my two cars with them. Now, after being disappointed and frustrated numerous times. I have made the decision to not take my cars to them anymore. I have also stopped referring friends and family to them. Very sad frankly.
