VAG Spec Centre- have no morals, chris is ruthless

I took my car to VAG SPEC CENTRE NO 191 Bram Fischer Dr Randburg. To fix a few things the amount was just over 9000.00. the manager Chris gave me a call to say there are other things to be fixed with the car i was told the total will be over 31000.00. i was given a word that the car will be in good condition for that amount of money. i agreed. i paid i was told i can come get the car. my car was in worse condition. the alternator that they charged to replace was never replaced. my car is smoking. my turbo was damaged. when I raised my issues with Chris, was told i should come with evidence. i was made to pay for things not done on the car. they are crocks praying on innocent people who spend their hard earned money .
