Terrible

I took my car for repairs to the roof. They took from 16 March to 9 July! The first time they told me it was ready, the car roof looked way worse than it had been going in! Then they lost their original quote and subsequently changed their hourly rate from R4000 to R22000! Based on this, the insurance rightly wouldn’t pay so my car wasn’t released. The insurance representative tried 3 times to have a meeting with the owner, who kept running away. Then the repair center threatened us with an exorbitant daily “storage” fee. My insurance finally sorted it out after much persistence. Finally I got my car back. The work is not great but acceptable enough.
