Rude and dishonest Manager and poor service

0 Stars if possible. The General Manager at this place Zani Opperman is extremely rude and a **** to boot. Its a pity the name of a business can be so tarnished by one person. I did a repair for a water pump and radiator that cost almost R14k. The engine light came on after 1 day of taking the evhicle back. I took the vehicle back to them. They quoted me for something else aaround R17k. I refused this exorbitant cost and told them I decline. Now they want me to pay R850 for "diagnostics", when the R17k quoted was for a problem I was already aware of. Furthermore this manager is rude and lies. Telling me over the phone I dont have to pay and then Whatsapping me the next day that I do have to. Ps. I have spent over a R100000 at this workshop. The Workshop Manager Ian Liebenberg has 100% customer service but its a pity he is not running the branch overall.

I would like to amend my review after senior management resolution to 3 stars. The General Manager at this branch Zani Opperman is unprofessional.Luckily the workshop manager and General Manager overall, do not share the same sentiment and are much more professional. They have corrected my issues and promised to look into the front shop service. Repairs wise, it's a reliable workshop and needs to be backed up by the admin.
