Terrible Service!!!

Firstly, I would like to express my unsatisfied treatment and customer service I have received from you. Having driven more than ****ms with hope that my Amarok will be mechanically fixed to it being worse with knocking sounds in the engine & powerless when driving.

My experience with your company has not met my expectations. From arrival on Monday morning I expected you to do a full inspection of the car and send the complete report to me, but instead one of the admins lady told me by mouth what was wrong with the car and the price including labour. As clueless as I was with the terminology, I agreed hoping that was the best for my Amarok.

The very next day a message saying my car needs a new motor was sent to me and said it’s R89k including labour. No explanation whatsoever, just that. I did not agree I was then told they don’t advise me to drive the car in that condition. A car that was driven from KZN to Pretoria. Few hours later I got another WhatsApp message saying it’s no longer the motor its “The smoke that came out of the injectors was caused by worn threads that we will need to rethread and we will be doing it tomorrow(Friday) for R950”. From R90k to R950. That’s when I decided to go to the shop. To my surprise I was now told that the car can’t start so it means I cannot take it. I insisted that I want my car, a few moments later Andre came with a “damaged injector” saying it is a cause to all these problems. From Sealents, Coolant Flush, Rethreading, Smoking Injectors now its the whole injectors of which he offered to give me 2 for free.

So with all this happening I was left suspicious of so many things.

1. That you did not conduct a proper inspection of the car. 2. ⁠You treat/classify your customers according to race and colour. 3. There were ulterior motives which was only known by Andre.

Therefore we have decided to further escalate the matter. My legal team will be intouch with you soon. I don’t wish for this treatment to anybody else.
