Terrible POOR service at Vag Spec Centre Menlyn

I collected my car on 15 July 2021 from Vag Spec Menlyn and reported the fault on the gearbox on the 19 August 2021, I was asked to bring the car to Menlyn for check up and later that day was told that the car is fine. The following day I phone Natasja and told her that I still smell the transmission oil in the car and she said I should bring the car back again and they told me that there's nothing wrong and there's no smell. And again on the 31 of August 2021 told them that the smell is still there and Natasja said they checked and there's nothing wrong with the gearbox which is I dont know if they did check or not as I rusted them. On the 31 January I heard a funny notice in the car and I though its a cv joints that needs to be check and only to find out that its not, and only to find that it was from the gearbox and i informed them again. Albert said he checked and the gearbox all is fine till it broke on the 2nd of March 2022.

You kept my car from May 2022 till December 2022 and keep telling me that you are waiting for parts, They never fixed my car till March 2023.
