READ AND BEWARE if your a VW OR AUDI OWNER.
Please do not be ****med out of your money like me. I have went to VAG spec Menlyn on 08Feb2024 to change my VW car's clutch kit. They insisted on billing me for mechatronics as well. Altogether I paid them 50k imagine. My car has broken down more than twice since fixing it. May 2024 I'm still without a car again cause of their incompetence. Please if you own a VW or Audi don't go the. If you are a car insurance looking to use them please DON'T if you don't want your customers to always complain about your insurance. Hope this will help you make a choice before you go to those guys. Do not fall for their marketing strategy. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CAR THEY WILL DESTROY IT LIKE THEY DID MINE. I REGRET EVER USING THEM. Their mechanics are like students doing practical work on your car before they get qualified. If you get a wrong learner your car will be destroyed.

The time they changed my clutch plate and fixing my gear box they did not tie the Cvic joint well which almost killed me on the road . I told the the branch manager he did not care at all. I will come back with the rest of the stories they did to me. But in short DON'T GO THE TO CRY AND SAY NO ONE WARNED YOU

However we did give you the opportunity to bring the vehicle in as it was still under our warranty, we also offered you a courtesy vehicle for the inconvenience caused, once the vehicle was brought back to us. You refused any of the above options mentioned. We cannot carry out the warranty on the vehicle if the vehicle is not brought in to us.
There are instances where things do fail, or do not work 100%, and that is why we do have a warranty on the work done and the parts supp**** by us. We do value you as a customer, and was more than willing to assist to resolve the problem.

I have given you the car for a period of 3 months in that period I have given you the car to fix the same problem over and over again . Where I even indicated to you guys that you did not fit the clutch kit properly. However due to your lack of skills and expertise you did NOT LISTEN TO MY CONCERNS OR CHECK THE CLUTCH KIT if it was fitted properly. So you can not now come and allege I did not give you enough time to fix the problem you caused on my car. You guys as the VAG ARE JUST *********** AND LACK SKILLS AS MECHANICS. Sometimes my car was with VAG spec a whole month while I was troubled with no transport to go to work and you never cared. You guys attempted several times trying to fix my car and I'd still receive it back damaged. Ever since I gave you my car it never came back working well.
