If I could I would rate 0. Worst service😡😡

Hi. My husband took our car to them because it had a noise when changing gears, they then said it only needed to change shocks. We got the car back and returned it after a few months with the same noise then they said they only change shocks and service the car, car was returned to us and we drove it for another few months and returned the vehicle and this time they agreed that the gearbox had ceased and needed to be replaced. They quoted us for the change and claimed from our insurer but only reconditioned the gearbox, while holding the car at their premises for 2 whole months then told us that our invoice had a balance of R9000. All the while they been inconveniencing us because did not have our car and we understood but end of month they rushed us to make payment and fetch our car or they will charge us for storage. We wrote a review on their FB page and the manager contacted us immediately asking us to remove the posts and also we’ll pay R4000 and get our car back but we took the car within a matter of hours because it had a vibration when driving. The manager ALBERT DU TOIT admitted fault and said our vehicle will be fixed free of charge. Now he is not taking our calls and his receptionist called saying that the car engine has been stripped and has sent us a quote worth R76000 for engineering and fixing the vibration. Please note when we first took the car to them it had a full tank of fuel and when we got it back it was quarter empty and even our tracker records show that the car was driven and not always at the workshop. This company is ripping people off and discriminate against black customers( you can check the FB reviews to confirm) they fix the one part only to ruin the next so you bring your car back to the esp if they see that your Insurer is quick to pay. I am gonna go to the Ombudsman because I have record of everything the has happened and the communication between manager, my husband and even the receptionist who has no people skills. 😡😡😡
