Your product is really good dont get me wrong but the fact that i have a debit going off i didnt know about or was informed about. I've received an sms confirming documents received, is this matter being dealt with as I have cancelled with the cooling period, as per your response that you will deal with this once documents are received.

Now you not willing to refund my money!!!
