VHI does not comply with the contract.

Beware beware!!! After months of communication, VHI eventually cancelled my contract without paying my 10 year cash back as per the contract. However, It was a further "fight" to get them to cancel my debit order!!!! Herewith an example of my correspondence with VHI It is impossible to communicate with you. · You have been dragging out this process for more than 2 months!! · You do not reply to my emails, I have to follow up every time. · I am not allowed to communicate with the "Senior people" who make the decisions. · You do not comply with your undertakings. · According to Mr ****, you removed The Reliance Certificate after a period of 120 months, thus making it impossible for the client to submit, but yet it is required to support a client's claim. This is malicious conduct and also in contravention with the contract. Referring to my email dated 4 June I have not yet received a reply to my request. You are thus still in breach of contract as my Reliance Certificate is not available on my online profile as determined in paragraph 2.8 of Schedule 1 and paragraph 1.3 of Schedule 2. You did not remedy your breach of contract within 7 days as per the contract and I thus have the right to cancel this agreement. If you do not adhere to my request by close of business on Friday, 20 June 2025, this agreement will be cancelled with immediate effect. However, I do reserve my right to claim the Loyalty Cash Back Rewards as per our agreement in Schedule 1 of Addendum A.

Vacation Hub International - AVOID

Having paid for 120 months, I am due to my loyalty bonus. They ask now for a certificate which is no longer available after 120 months. I find this very convenient that its not available after the time that you can now claim. Reading other reviews, this tactics show us that we should avoid VHI. I have been in constant conversation with them but was never once advised to get this certificate. Apparently, I have never asked so they don't advise. I would avoid VHI. Their prices are not the best and usually they say they cannot compete with online pricing. And dont hope for a payout. Take note, if you dont claim 3 months after the 120 period, you cannot claim. So be aware of all the legalities of why they wont pay you

**** alert

I would give this **** a negative rating if possible. Do not sign up. They like to take your money but when it's time to pay out then there are all kinds of stories.

Vacation Hub International refuse to pay out my 10 year cashback bonus.

Never let Vacation Hub Internation holiday Club fool you when they invite you for a presentation. After being a member for 10 years, I am entitled to a cashback bonus, but they refuse to pay it out. I have to present a membership certificate, but they cannot provide me with one. It is not on my profile if I open it on the website. The contract states that you get a payment after 10 years. I never skipped 1 payment. Communication was only done through one person, there is no other way you can contest their decision. I do not recommend them at all.

Fittydent Denture Cleansing Tablets USELESS

I bought Super fittydent cleansing tablets from Dischem to clean and remove stains from my 2 x flexi dentures. They are absolutely uselessI had previously bought Boots denture cleaning tabs when in the UK and they worked brilliantly. But now back in SA so had to get new ones. Well, they do absolutely NOTHING iro cleaning, even if soaked overnight. Dishwashing liquid is better. So don't waste your money - they aren't exactly cheap. As a SASSA pensiioner I have to watch every cent and quite frankly am rather reluctant to try any other denture cleanser tablets, but I must. Can't leave them like this.

CASH BACK REFUSED AFTER 120 MONTHS DUE TO 1 MISSED DEBIT ORDER – UNFAIR AND MISLEADING

I am a paying member of Vacation Hub International (VHI) for 120 months, based on their explicit promise that a cash back would be paid after completion of the contract term. My claim was rejected because there was one month in which a debit order failed - mandate or administrative reason, and not because of a lack of available funds. The issue was corrected. Despite the fact that the full contract term was completed, payments were resumed and rectified and there was no material breach of contract, VHI is using this single incident to deny the entire benefit. After stating my case to them that I was not to blame for the one debit order that did not materialize, they responded by saying that the terms and conditions of the loyalty cash back was provided to me at the time of signing and that I signed and accepted these terms. Public platforms show that many other consumers have experienced the same issue, including the refusal of cash back, unreasonable requirements and technical justifications to avoid payment. This company is taking all its members for a ride. BEWARE.

****mers

Be Aware you have to CANCEL your contract after 120 months(10 Years) it does not automatically lapse after contractual 120 months. Once your 10 year membership is paid up you MUST contact Elsabe to cancel the debit order. Even though you just signed contract for a 10 year period they will keep on deducting money from your account until notified. When you ask for a refund on your debit orders after contractual date they tell you must cancel in person.

VHI - unresponsive

I have been a member of VHI for 8 years. I have never used their services as I found them to be more expensive than travel companies. I have been wanting to cancel my membership for a while now. When I tried to cancel a year or so ago, I was told about my "bonus" that I would lose so I stuck with them. However after still not being happy with some of the quotes given to me, I decided to cancel my membership. On 22 December 2025, I sent an email to them indicating that I want to cancel my membership. I sent another email on 29 December 2025 indicating that I did not receive any response from them and that i consider my membership as cancelled effective immediately. It is 31 December 2025 and to date i have not received an acknowledgement of my email, but on 29 December 2025, they conveniently withdrew my membership fee, again without my permission as this fee payment was to be paid on the last day of the month. I am so frustrated with the unprofessional behaviour of this company.
