Waste of money

We were talked into a membership by very smooth talking sales agents, and as we were planning a trip to Vietnam we thought we would be able to save some money by joining the club. Boy were we seriously mistaken. We accepted the fact that they didn’t have enough time to get an equivalent quote together and went on our holiday ( Whih was 40k cheaper than the quote fom VHI).

On return we have contacted them on several occasions for quotes on everything from car rental to local and international trips. They could not on 1 occasion beat the prices we got randomly from the internet. Every time we query the quote we are told we are not comparing the packages. When enquiring about booking by credit card for the included travel insurance we were told an additional fee would be charged. When asking about airport transfers we were informed that it is not included..... so I truly do not know how they can caim any saving...

Trying to get out of the club we were given a quote for an additional payment.

Please do not join them, the sales pitch seems to be wonderful, but in reality it s a costly expensive exercise. If you have to add the membership fees and additional fees and and and there is no ways that you would save, rather spend extra money on mediocre service.
