VHI unjustifiable subscriptions, +24months no holiday to show for the 60k paid

I joined the VHI with all the excitement and hoping for exciting experience. I paid a lump sum and was advised by the consultant not to pay the full amount and that the difference will be deducted monthly, it has been more than 24 months and I have paid over 60 thousand rands. No statements are sent by the company even contacting the company to try and book a holiday is almost impossible. I am a very unhappy patron I decided to reverse my debit orders because I don’t know what I am paying anymore and for how long.
