VHI promised service to get people to sign their contracts

I sat through an interview with VHI at Margate on 30 August 2017. The sales consultant explain how VHI works and if we signed up for the diamond package we get 12 certificates free. The one sales consultant promised us if we signed up he will sell our 12 certificates for us within 3 months and will pay us R108 000-00 back. I must just pay VHI the R72000-00 that I owe them. I have contact the sale consultant via e-mail and call him numerous times on the e-mail and cell phone he provides, with no success, When I contacted the office of VHI, they were did not know what I was talking about and I must sell my certificates myself.
