VHI misleading possible members
In summary my experience with VHI has not been an honest encounter. Your sales person, Sandile and Kobus, who gave me a run down of the plan was not honest, and for this I am very angry
Not impressed with the VHI.
Ill publish this on all social media And making other people aware of this. I informed them that I have timeshare with QVC and I can’t afford anything extra He told me no problem, they will sell my points to international buyers,i must give them 3 months and they will pay me VHI sell your points and only take 20% I will get for my points between R60 000 – R 80 000
2
I can then pay my yearly levy (timeshare) and all i have to do was pay the R14396 to VHI.This would be a once off payment He told me that if it doesn’t happen in 3 months I may cancel with no issues I will only lose the R3969.00 and get the rest of my money back. I’ve not signed any debit order agreement as this was once off i gave my banking details for the payment for my points, and to my surprise was debited more than 3000 at month end,and on inquiring was told i bought a plan for 70000 This is not what was promised or sold to me to me. Now im dealing with a lady that refuse to listen,is very rude, makes me hold on to calls for more than 20 minutes
The above was very promising, and he had me convinced, and assured me that this will be the best decision i ever made as it will bring me an income. I just want my contract with VHI will be terminated.
