VHI Loyalty Benefit RIPP-OFF!!!

Be careful of this Loyalty Cash Back **** that VHI is offering. After paying my membership fees diligently for 120 months since 27 May 2015, and following proper procedures as per their clauses in the VHI agreement I am told now that their agreement does not state HOW the Loyalty Cash Back Reward is paid. Instead of being sold as a Cash Back after the first 120 months, their legal department (Onyx Group Legal, Mr. Jeremy Daniels) have confirmed they owe me R35 000 BUT it is paid by discounting my membership fees by 50% for the following 120 months of membership. I have lodged a complaint with the NCC and I am considering legal action as the R35 000 was committed to another financial obligation. Now I am incurring additional interest expense. Verbatim from their Legal Department: "We wish to confirm that the membership agreement, as concluded between yourself and Vacation Hub International (VHI), does not expressly stipulate the manner, frequency, or time frame in which the Loyalty Cash Back Reward is to be paid out. As such, there is no specific clause in the agreement or any annexure that mandates a lump-sum payout or any particular disbur*****t model."
