VHI

<p>My hubby and I were invited to their presentation with the promise of a holiday voucher on 7 November 2017. They insisted that they are not timeshare therefore I should attend, they told me that we must go on holiday using their voucher and return giving a review about the hotel. They paint an extremely rosy picture during the presentation, and with excellent sales techniques get you to fall into their trap. Once you read the pages and the small print on the back of the contract, you realize that nothing they promised you is Guaranteed. You can't get past the switchboard, or even speak to the sales consultant that sold you the contract ever again. VHI also promises you a Log In and Password within 48 hours of becoming a member but no such LUC**** I called numerous times and was told today (21 Nov) that you can only effectively make bookings 8-12 weeks after signing up with VHI. I mentioned to the consultant today if I don't get positive feedback and / or clarity with regards to my LOGIN &amp; PWORD, I will cancel my contract with immediate effect as well as my debit order. Not prepared to lose any more money without a valid explanation!!! BE CAREFUL - DON'T BE FOOLED!!!!!</p>
