VHI does not comply with the contract.
Beware beware!!!
After months of communication, VHI eventually cancelled my contract without paying my 10 year cash back as per the contract. However, It was a further "fight" to get them to cancel my debit order!!!!
Herewith an example of my correspondence with VHI
It is impossible to communicate with you.
· You have been dragging out this process for more than 2 months!!
· You do not reply to my emails, I have to follow up every time.
· I am not allowed to communicate with the "Senior people" who make the decisions.
· You do not comply with your undertakings.
· According to Mr ****, you removed The Reliance Certificate after a period of 120 months, thus making it impossible for the client to submit, but yet it is required to support a client's claim.
This is malicious conduct and also in contravention with the contract.
Referring to my email dated 4 June
I have not yet received a reply to my request.
You are thus still in breach of contract as my Reliance Certificate is not available on my online profile as determined in paragraph 2.8 of Schedule 1 and paragraph 1.3 of Schedule 2.
You did not remedy your breach of contract within 7 days as per the contract and I thus have the right to cancel this agreement.
If you do not adhere to my request by close of business on Friday, 20 June 2025, this agreement will be cancelled with immediate effect.
However, I do reserve my right to claim the Loyalty Cash Back Rewards as per our agreement in Schedule 1 of Addendum A.
