VHI ******

<p>In March 2018, we received a call from VHI, giving us 2 free holiday vouchers,we had to attend the presentation, the presentation that was given to us was nothing what we have now, we had bro sign a contract of 2 years contract, but ha to put an amount down of R9000.00 . We were so excited to join as we were promised that we will always have space on accommodation, each time we query they want to FORCE us onto something we don&rsquo;t want , so we decided to cancel as this is not suitable for us. Each monthly fee is R1508.00 * by 24 months is R 36192.00, we were informed at the presentation if we can cancel the contract but if there are any outstanding fees IF we have used it we need to pay it back still up until today we haven&rsquo;t used VHI in 1 year = 12 months as they never have anything on what we want or where we want to go. So now we have to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the total contract which is R18096????? Plus for the remaining months of the contract which is another R18096 - the amount we had paid on joining date in March 26th 2018 paid of R 9000 =to R9096 and not once we have used it ???????? This company is&nbsp;******** from people I have never used the service in 1 year they were quick for us to sign it and give false promises &ldquo; we can cancel at anytimeIF we haven&rsquo;t used the service at all&rdquo; VHI is a bunch of&nbsp;***** I am in the process of sueing them as well as taking them tonCART BLANCH they take from people , the rudeness etc they trap you into something that you can&rsquo;t get out of in total I have paid this @$)( company R28604 and never used this service !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bunch of ***** false promising **** presentations etc</p>
