VHI A Big Lie

In summary my experience with VHI has not been an honest encounter. Your sales person, John, who gave me a run down of the plan was not honest, and for this I am Not impressed with the VHI. Please note, that this will not be the last time you hear of me. I will be taking this to Hello Peter, Facebook and every alternative I have to getting this resolved And making other people aware of this. I informed John that I have timeshare with QVC and I can’t afford anything extra He told me no problem VHI sell your points and that is how I can afford it. I will get for my points between R60 000 – R 80 000 20% goes to VHI I can then pay my yearly levy (timeshare) and pay the R17 000 VHI He told me that if it doesn’t happen in 3 months I may cancel with no issues I will only lose the R449.00 and get the rest of my money back. I’ve asked him like 4 times are you sure because I can’t afford another “timeshare” I was informed by your TCO department there is no way, I might get R6000 for 20 points and I have 40 points. This is not what was promised to me. He further indicated that I needed to register only after 7 days, which after reading the contract I see that he mislead me The above was very promising, and he had me convinced, and assured me that this will be the ultimate solution. I trust everything is in order, and that my contract with VHI will be terminated. I look forwards to your positive feedback

Today there board made a discussion that I can afford it
