VHI

We were invited to go to the VHI presentation, but refused the first time as they did not tell us who they were or what they want to sell. The second invite we went and saw their name. We signed on as they said we could cancel and also made a lot of promises. At home we seen the many complaints against them and cancelled. We cancelled within the five day period, Now they are demanding half of outstanding money owing plus a cancellation fee.<br> I went to the NCC and they said they were investigating the companies that do not want to cancel contracts.<br> I am now weighing up my next option - as we were misled. All cell phones and emails were not answered on our instruction to cancel. They only sent an email last week to inform us that we can cancel and then pay the amount owing plus a cancellation fee.
