With VHI from 2018, didn't have serious issues. Been in contact with Semone and more recently Shadi, very helpful and efficient. Also cleared the issue of the Reliance Loyalty cash back rewards with Mr Roscoe April, liaison officer of VHI. Rewards will be paid back after 10 year period, just need to follow the process. To all other members of VHI, please request your Reliance benefits certificate directly or online. Since being medically boarded I am enjoying my weekday specials with VHI. I'm happy with VHI and hope to enjoy the benefits in the years to come.
