Very satisfied VHI client

My husband and I had planned to go to Uvongo, which is a 7 hour drive from Johannesburg, during my son's April school holiday, but decided the Wednesday before the Saturday that we had to leave, not to go anymore as we did not want to travel so far. My husband suggested that we go somewhere which would not require so much travelling. I contacted VHI to ask them to find accommodation at Sun City, as it is just a 2 hour drive from our home. My request was for a booking from the Sunday to Thursday following that Wednesday. A consultant named Radikha contacted me on Friday with details and a quote of the booking. We paid for the booking on the same day and received our booking voucher on Saturday and we checked in at Sun City the next day, Sunday. I am very happy with the service quality and turn around time of VHI as well as the well trained, efficient and friendly consultant who assisted us. She even followed up on how our holiday experience was on our return!
