Very dangerous - no after sale service
I was invited to a presentation and signed up , but the next day I phoned them to cancel the agreement as there is a 5 day cooling off period. The person said that she did not receive the documents and she can not help me. I asked if she can not make a note on the system , but she said there is noting she can do. VHI Number: 305625. I will have to wait until they send me a welcome email. Then my 5 days cooling period will lapse. This is a unfair treatment as per conditions of service
