I would like to thank Tricia Nunn from VHI for exceptional services rendered whilst assisting me with a booking for my son, Justin Steenkamp.

I contacted her on short notice and she managed to organize a fantastic trip within 2 days. I know this could not have been possible without her working extra hours. I phoned her MANY times a day and she was always available and friendly.

I found her extremely efficient and knowledgeable. All this was done under tremendous pressure and would not have been possible without her going the extra mile.
