Vacation Hub International are currupt

I signed up with VHI in 2014. I paid a significant amount of money upfront and have a contract which states after 10 years I'll get reliance refund, approx R24K. Its been 10 years of paying the monthly fees and I've not once used their service because I always found it cheaper to go direct. The only reason I kept it going this whole time was to get my reliance money back. Now after 10 years VHI is not paying me back. I reach-out out to them a few months ago to confirm the last payment is May 2024 to reached the 10 years. About two weeks ago they wanted a copy of the Reliance certificate which I provided. Then they said they sent it off to their finance team to check the payments. Now two weeks later, they are asking for my bank statements for the past 10 years to prove I paid them monthly. Which they know I can't get easily because I changed banks years ago. They also saying that if I cancel the monthly payment now I will lose the reliance. This is not only invasion of my privacy but totally unreasonable Terms and Conditions. It's an attempt to waive my rights and I will not stand for this. This is 100% a **** and false advertising and ******* business practices. Google them and you will find several articles about this topic. There is even legal advise on YouTube on how to try get your money back.
