Useless travel organisers

We decided to go for a holiday end of January 2022, requested travel plans to Mauritius for a 2 week break. They sent through a great offer, but on closer scrutiny the offer was for a total of 12 nights. The accommodations however was for only 10 nights, so we would have to spend 2 nights on a park bench or sleeping in the airport. I am still waiting for a solution to this problem from VHI… In the mean time we have been on an amazing 2 week trip to Sri Lanka for the same cost, staying in 5* hotels and guest houses…. WHY AM I STILL WASTING MY MONEY ON A USELESS SERVICE????
