I am a new member of this company (which I have my reservations about). However, during the registration process etc I had tried to speak to several of the staff regarding assistance (tried to cancel this agreement) but all and sundry just gave me the cold shoulder in a polite manner - this was of no good to me. I was then lucky to land up speaking to a lady by the name of Miranda...what a joy this person was, especially as I was very traumatised in so far that I had buyers remorse due to the financial implication of this agreement (especially as I am a pensioner and had an enormous financial outlay-my savings - gone!) Miranda consoled me every time I spoke to her and she promised me that it will be worth my while ( will see........)The patience and understanding she showed me was exceptional. Thank you Miranda!!
