We joined Vacation Hub International earlier this year and made use of their services for the first time this week. As it was our first booking I wanted to ensure that I did everything right first time. I am also of the generation that is not 100% comfortable with online transacting and I needed someone to "hold my hand" during the process. That person was Radhika ****samy. She very patiently explained the entire process to me then went through each step over the phone with me. Not once did I hear any trace of annoyance or irritation in her voice. She was calm, friendly and very helpful throughout the entire process. The registration and booking was done seemlessly and now all I need to do is look forward to my trip.
