****** - MY WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER

<p>We attended a presentation of VHI on the 29/03/19 , and were let to sign a contract by a smooth talking sales agent . We paid a deposit of R5 699.00 . On returning home we perused the contract and decided not to proceed with the deal as we were not happy as there were allot of hidden costs. The sales agent advised that we can cancel contract if we are not happy and the only amount payable would be an amount of R469.00 . We send an e-mail on the 01/04/19 advising of our cancellation with a copy of the deposit slip and every day thereafter "and until today we have not received any correspondence" . I also contacted them telephonically everyday and was told that I am not a member of VHI yet . 2 weeks has since past and everyday the same story "I eventually received an e-mail on Friday the 12/04/19 advising that I will be loaded as a member . I send another cancellation letter and up until today there have been NO feedback whatsoever . Their consultants are rude and arrogant the moment you mention cancellation , and they have been well trained as they will also try to persuade you to stay with VHI . I need my funds to be deposited back into my account and my debit order cancelled , I QOUTE YOUR CONSULTANT ZANE CONFIRMED THAT THE ONLY AMOUNT PAYABLE WILL BE A ONCE OF AMOUNT OF R 469.00</p>
