Vacation Hub International

<p>We were invited to a presentation at the Vacation Hub International on Friday the 9th of September 2016. According to the salesman, I would have "BIG MONEY' in my bank account before the end of October 2016. &nbsp;The same evening the amount of R9149.00 was deducted from my account. &nbsp;The 23th of September I had an email requesting a password for my VHI account. On the 7th of October another email requesting my Holiday Club details and points, which I sent through. On the 22nd of October I send an email asking what is happening with this account. No answer as yet. This morning I phoned and spoke to Stephanie who told me that the debit order did not go through???? &nbsp;It was taken from my straight account - debit order??? She also told me that I had to cancel within 5 days after signing - which was not told. &nbsp;Now I have to write a letter explaining why I want to stop this account. &nbsp;She also told me that we will loose 50% of the above-mentioned amount!!! &nbsp; Still there is no account activited from there side - where is the money then?? If this account is not activated, why not just give my money back???</p>
