Refusal of cancellation

I attended a presentation on 3 September 2014 at Cedar-lodge in Krugersdorp. A deposit of R9 149.00 was paid. I decided to cancel the agreement as they specify on their contract Clause 18.1 - Termination within 5 day period. I spoke to Elsabe, sent a email, sent the booklets and all requested documents via courier, followed up and THEN the excuses started: Will follow up on email sent, will return my call - they never do, request bank statements, salary slips etc - I send it to them, but still they won't cancel, Phone several times and Jennifer puts me through...but they are always in a meeting or not available. It is a year later and I still haven't received a cent back and they refuse to cancel the debit order. I started the cancellation process with Elsabe Labuschagne who never bothered to follow up on emails sent, spoke to Natacia Klink who was even less helpful and Hannelie Jacobs just said I can cancel as per clause 18.2 which basically means you won't receive your deposit back and you have to pay another couple of thousands to cancel.
