Quick to take money

I Have tried to cancel my membership the day after I have signed. I realised I was already a member through my brothers membership. I am 4 months down the line and still no success. Still taking my money every month. If the after service were as good as the initial interaction it would be a pleasure dealing with them. They are very good when you pay but when the problem needs to be resolved it is a total different experience.
