Profesional, no nonsence holiday accomondation support

I used the VHI club to arrange and book a two week stay in Cape town for my family and two friends. I gave through my request, got it processed and then forgot all about it. On my way to Cape town I received numerous calls from our host to establish if we were on track. On arrival, two hours behind schedule, we were still received friendly and helpful. The accommodation was neat and clean. We had a wonderful two weeks. My overall experience was one to brag about in the current general no care attitude one find in our lovely country South Africa.
