Poor services with a high possible of a **** business

VHI is certain a **** business. I would NOT recommend you any person to take out a contract with these people. A 2 year contract was signed in 2019 with VHI. Every time my family wanted to travel, their prices were 150% more expensive let alone the poor service provided. After the 2 year contract was done, VHI automatically extends the contract without the clients notification. When I called to question their actions they give you run around. Just as an FYI one of the trips we wanted to do was a 2 week trip to the USA, by booking the trip myself it costed me R250K with VHI (no business class flights and no 5 star hotels) their quote was approx R450K. We requested for a trip to Mauritius for 8pax, we received a quote a Durban and Cape Town. I strongly compare your quotes with other services providers as VHI is taking peoples hard earned money. If it was possible to rate VHI on service and value for money other than what I have rated them, I honestly would rate them a -25.
