POOR SERVICE DELIVERY !!
I requested a Reliance Membership Warranty Certificate from VHI on 4 December 2019. Since then I have called them 3 times and spoke to three different people still no response. The last excuse was that the manager only has to sign the certificate and then they will send it to me. Very disappointing service delivery !!!
