Not getting what was promise by saleman

During the presentation discuss on the 8 Dec 2017 with R Watson. I have mentioned that I cannot afford any addiontal expenses. I have then mentioned that I am a member of Holiday Club and he then mentioned that they can rent my points out at a fee and by me getting the additional income it will be possible for me to afford this. Based on this I then agreed with the agreement. R Watson also mentioned that this will happen before the 1st payment is deducted this was not the cases. I am not happy with the service to date and feel that is misleading. I was in contact with the TCO section Ronell . There is more about the service I received that I can mention but I will raise that separately . Ronelll mentioned that this is dependant on availability. This was not my u understanding from the salesman. I would like to cancel my agreement as it was falsely presented to me. I want my deposit/activation fee back. My account was only activated on the 5 Feb 2018. Therefore I regard this to still be I the 20 days off cooling period.

I have been in contact with VHI regarding the agreement. I have requested to cancel the agreement but this will not be feasible for me as it will be an additional cost of R26833. I have requested that they explore what other options is available. Raising my concerns about the way the consultant position this with me has been brush off that they where not present. The fact that it was mentioned the the rental of my Holiday club points can earn me approximately R300000 has been referred to that it is not a quick rich scheme. The fact that they mentioned the rental will be done at an Euro rate has been not even future. The rental will be done on request the price will vary from offer. The following breakdown will give other readers the insight not to fall in the same trap 1. Reservation fee R 14563 per annum 2. Membership fee VHI R 36519 3. Approx. Income for rental of points R22875 4. Therefore you still pay R28207 5. No additional income to book your holidays through VHI , which was yet again one of the sale points. You will possible reach the amount of approx R300000 after 14 years. I would like to have a discussion with the consultant R Watson, the manager that evening was J du Plessis but yet again this will not happen. I am still waiting for feedback on what other options are available. If they did try to get hold of me, no messages was left for me to contact them nor was any email sent.
