Nicole at VHI assisted my with a last minute request to do a holiday booking over the October school holidays. She went out of her way and what made it really special was that I had an existing booking with Bushbreaks which was the last available room at the specific location. Nicole managed to get me the same booking at the same location with a massive saving. She coordinated with me in order to first cancel the Bushbreaks booking from my side and then from her side she immediately secured the booking from her side again. She kept in contact with me all the time, even after hours and never failed to deliver on what she promised. This was the most amazing experience and agent that I have dealt with in a long time.
