Misrepresentation and Lying to clients

When we joined we paid the full package amount of R 70 000 with the understanding that we would not have to pay a monthly fee as well, this is the main reason we joined, we asked numerous time and the consultant said 'no you only pay the once off and then you are a member', yet there is a monthly debit order going off my account for R 700, this was not was was said to me by the sales person, we feel they have misrepresented themselves in order to get us to sign their agreement, now they are adamant we stick to the agreement and pay monthly, they also do not want to give me the details of a senior person, we feel at the very least this monthly fee should be waived by the company as their representative said there is none of the sort applicable...
