Miranda assisted me with travel arrangements in Jan2018, after another VHI consultant stuffed up my booking, She sorted me out quick and sufficient, and i am very grateful. Up an until today she is the only one at VHI that has assisted me in a way that made me feel like a member from VHI. Thank you
