Membership cancellation ridiculous

We were informed by Carl and Sintiche that we would not be liable to pay anything to join VHI, as they were very interested in our QVC points. As per the explanation Carl gave us we would not have to pay anything as VHI will pay us R 16,000 for every 4 QVC points used. In essence he said that within the first 6 weeks we would have made enough money to pay our membership fee.<br> <br> We were instructed just to pay the initial deposit due to the fact that it is now against the law just to trade our QVC points for membership with VHI, according to Carl and Sintiche. As for the debit order, we were informed that this is standard and just to have our banking details on record. The debit order would not go through as the balance would be paid off with our QVC points before the first installment.<br> <br> We were informed that we could at anytime cancel this membership and receive all our money back except for the admin fee. Everything they said was lies!!! We are trying to cancel and get our money back but they make it impossible!!! They never reply to our phone calls, our mails or letters. All they sent us was an invoice to cancel even though our membership is not activated!!!
