Making it impossible to cancel!

To whom it may concern,<br> <br> RE: Trying to cancel my contract with Vacation Hub International(VHI) since the 14 July 2015.<br> <br> My son-in-law have made 40 calls to VHI with and signed letter of authority signed by me to request information from VHI and more than 50 emails with requests.<br> <br> My son spoke to the cancellation department with Elsabe, Hannellie(manager) and Lenako they have been full of promises since day one that the will send me the necessary info to cancel my membership they even made numerous promises to phone us to confirm information and that never happened.<br> <br> I as the member have also been trying to get the information from me and on every reply the say they have already send it to me previously. <br> <br> Elsabe and Hannellie(manager) also requested the receptionist to ask us to stop sending them emails and send our emails to [Email Removed] The trying there best to avoid us and not assisting us.<br> <br> We already made 18 months contributions and already paid the cancellation fee in full for 6 months remaining as per the contract!<br> <br> They are persistent not to assist me<br> <br> Regards <br> <br> A really unsatisfied person with VHI<br> <br> <br>
