Holding VHI to the terms of my contract

I have experienced the same experience with VHI as the worst described on this platform. Anyone who wants to contact me so that we can ensure that VHI adheres to the contracts we signed please email me on *** @gmail.com and perhaps we can find a way to recover some of our losses. And please VHI do not try interfering. I have accepted that there is the likelihood that I will never receive the reward payback promised in the contract and may never be able to remove the debit order from my bank account and cancel my account according to my contract but feel that its worth trying as a group to hold VHI to the terms and conditions of the contract as a group.
