Had to close my bank account to get someone to call about arrears sure as S..... they did

I changed my Bank account to get them to stop debiting my account in hope someone will phone sure thing they did but they cant answer their phones when you want to cancel had to pay the arrears and send an email to cancel, now I wait to see if they actually going to cancel...........
