Great service & response

The response I got when booking a special at Mabalingwe Lodge through VHI was extremely good and very professional. Miranda Holtrop assisted me efficiently and I received an email with banking details so that I could do and EFT within the hour. There was also the option to pay with a credit card. Once proof of payment and the booking details were sent in I received the booking information on email - the whole process was extremely efficient and painless. The cost of a midweek was also much less than I would have paid using my timeshare points - in fact it was slightly more than I would have paid for only a booking. Great value for money. Thank you VHI - the best decision I ever made.
