Go-ing that extra mile

I had to make a reservation one day before the actual Occupancy starts and as you know you have to proof payment before any Guest certificate or voucher will be issued- Had a link on my Bank account where I paid and settled my Admin and other fees I owed and use this link to pay the amount for my reservation- Nicole Damons advise me about the correct bank details after I already paid the money over on the incorrect bank account. She Managed to issue me with my Voucher in time for me to go and use my reservation. This Reservation will enable my eldest daughter and her husband with my two grand sons join us on our week- end breakaway. So yes welldone and thanks
