<p>I recently made a couple of changes to my membership and it was a real joy speaking to the ladies working in client care. They were extremely helpfull and efficient and to my surprise i could speak to anyone who just picked up on my details and assisted with change of my details. Thank you for being so efficient and i will surely miss our chats until I need your service again. </p>
