Fantastic client service delivery

I was planning a special birthday for my wife's 40th birthday and contacted vacation hub to arrange the Balloon ride. I got to speak to Elsabe and she was very efficient and helpful and had my membership account activated and she transferred me to the Karin who helped me log my travel request for this special occasion. My wife is very exited as we booked for this trip and we will be doing this balloon ride with breakfast included very soon.
