After 3.5 months of frustration/fighting/"negotiations", a huge thank you to Elsabe at VHI Head Office for assisting in reaching a compromise and solution. And of late, a thank you to Miranda at reservations. It has finally been a pleasure dealing with two such pleasant and efficient staff members ...... May this continue.
